I not able to download the attachment into something that you can read so
therefore, I am not doing anything with it.  In past years when he has
asked us to make copies I have not done that.  If people want to get a
survey out to the public, I am willing to distribute, collect and return to
whomever wants to pick them up, but I am not going to take time out of my
already extremely busy schedule to make copies.
