By now you have probably received a copy of a letter signed by the Secretary
of Administration, Michael Smith advising you of your town's estimated
values for the fiscal year 2004 PILOT payments.  It was brought to our
attention that the dates for the mailing of the payments were incorrect.
General PILOT payments for State owned buildings will be made on or before
October 31, 2003 and ANR PILOT payments will be made in the fall of 2003.
