Hi from Hinesburg
Many people have keys to our building;
all selectboard members
all police officers
public works director
cleaning people
town administrator
zoning administrator
all staff employed in the building
have keys.
Due to the fact that various depts. work different
hours and meetings at nights, they all must have
a key. They donot have access tho to the vault and
locked files in the TC's office.
Often times when there are several meetings
scheduled on the same night, they use my office
for a meeting.
We do not feel any impropriety exists, since our
police are just across the hall from my office and
someone on duty from 7 am to midnight.
