Good morning Dale.

A public question is any article that is not a budget article or an article to elect officers.
If a municpality or school district wants to do all of the articles on the warning by
Australian ballot, the article "Shall the District vote all public questions by Australian
ballot" is used to cover all of the remaining articles that are not changed by voting to do
the budget or election of officers by Australian ballot.

It appears that L & G will now do its budget by Australian ballot but that all of the other
articles on the warning for the next meeting will be done by voting from the floor at the
meeting.

Best Wishes, Kathy
