We received a letter the other day saying that the forms will no longer be able to be downloaded from the state site. But we could order hard copies and/or the individual forms online at http://tax.vermont.gov
and just click on the forms.

We can't accept the transfer tax, unless the closing was before January 1st.  After January 1st they have to send it directly to the tax department, using the voucher out of the new PTTR booklet.  You can still accept the 4-page form and mail it to the tax department, and they will match it up with the check.
