The VT Tax Dept.'s website advised that prebate checks would be printed 30
days prior to the first installment due date, and to allow 10 days for
mailing.

Did I miss something here? 

Are prebate checks being sent out 'one month before taxes are due?'

They  are beginning to ask me about this.
