Greetings,
Your contact was given to me by Tom Stearns as folks to share
information with about a Young Farmer Mixer being held June 18th at The
Center for an Agricultural Economy and Claire's Restaurant in Hardwick
Vermont. The event is happening on the last day of Sterling College's
2nd Annual Rural Heritage Institute and is hosted High Mowing Organic
Seeds and by The Greenhorns, an organization recruiting, supporting, and
promoting young farmers (thegreenhorns.net <http://thegreenhorns.net> --
film to be released in 2010). The mixer will have live music, food,
bike blender milkshakes, local beer, a few organizations tabling, and .
. . networking! This event is for young and aspiring farmers but all in
the agriculture and food community are welcome.
Please help us get the word out and put up a few posters if you are able.
Thank you very much and we would love to see you there!
Sincerely,
Tamsin & the Greenhorns
