Hi Everyone, I am forwarding a message from Richard Sedano, the
commissioner of the Vermont Public Service commission. He very kindly
agreed to come and talk to the class on March 30. So please check out the
WEB site he mentions. Also, as you know, I will not be here on March 23
and I think there was some confusion about what you are doing on that day.
Please come to class! You may want to work in your groups but Bill will be
there to help and advise you and if you have any questions you can ask them
as a full class at the beginning of class. Hope you are all having a great
break and that you make some progress next week. Cheers, Leslie
