Hi everyone - I hope you had some time to relax over spring break.

Just a reminder that reading for NR 104 is the piece by Al Gore in the
course packet.  Take note of what you believe his key concerns are about
counting and economics as they relate to environmental issues.  How might he
suggest we address the problem of externalities?

See you on Tuesday.  And have fun in NR 105 trading water rights (I think
that's what is on the agenda for Monday)...
