Hi all,
I have added 4 points (on the 60 point scale) to everyone's second exam
score. That makes the top score 100%, the median 78%, and leaves only
four in the sub-60% range. I did that to motivate you to perform better
on the final! Everyone is within reach of at least a C-, and about
twenty of you are within reach of an A- or an A. Do well on the
remaining assignments (including your NR 105 projects for people in that
course), study hard for the final, and you'll get the grade you want!
The syllabus says there will be a quiz next Tuesday, November 25, but I
am going to postpone it until Thursday, December 4. It will cover
material from the next two lectures = Chapters 17 & 18.
Finally, the syllabus says that there will be another worksheet -- let's
not do it. The points still add up to 100.
Enjoy the upcoming dry weekend!
Kristian
