I was under the impression there was not going to be a quiz
tommorrow, but the web indicates differently. Is there a mistake on the
web or did I make a mistake?
On a similar note, I propose each person's lowest quiz grade is
dropped at the end of the semester. This class has a goal to introduce
new ways of thinking, and as students we react to this in different ways.
Sometimes we study with emphasis on material not on the test. Sometimes
we miss a chapter which is covered, or we simply get anxious. There are
many reasons, but what I am trying to say is we all work very hard for
this class and a quiz grade dropped would benefit everyone. I hope I
didn't take too much liberty to speak for everyone, there just seemed to
be a general feeling of agreement in class on Thursday.
