Patricia,
We are struggling here too.
Our students are on Chromebooks and getting errors 1001 and 1009 which are
connectivity errors.
Pearson blames content filtering but after removing all filtering we still
get the message and students need to hit retry and or exit and be reseated.
Most students are eventually getting through a test doing this but the
testing experience is nothing short of terrible.
With no way to test connectivity issues until there is a live test going
on, it is almost impossible to troubleshoot.
