This is our first update of the year, and it
contains info about a few different items:

        * conference DATES and HIGHLIGHTS
           * early registration opening Nov. 5! *
           * new rates and early bird deadlines!

hard copy of most conference information. HOUSING
AND REGISTRATION INFORMATION will be available via our website and
in hard copy NOVEMBER 5th. The ADVANCE PROGRAM booklet
will be available in mid to late FEBRUARY. As a past attendee,
you should automatically receive all mailings, but if you
don't, please call us toll free (1.800.280.6218) to
join!

CALL FOR PARTICIPATION

Have something to share with the NECC audience? Don't
miss your opportunity to share your successes and strategies
with your peers at this year's NECC! The FIRM deadline for
submissions is OCTOBER 15, so don't delay. Call 541.349.7571

will be accepted (NEW!)

Please help the conference committee get the word
out about NECC! Here's how you can help:

        * Send us EMAIL addresses/listserv addresses
          so we can directly e-mail educators
          information and updates. Please send to:

        * Send us MAILING addresses or mailing labels
          so we can mail conference info as it
          becomes available.

        * DISTRIBUTE brochures and flyers at your
          schools, departments, workshops, seminars,
          inservices, etc. Just let us know how many

        * Post conference info in your NEWSLETTERS
