All google sheets that are publicly viewable can be pulled into a web page
using javascript and HTML.

With some app script you could keep a google sheet updated based on group
or org membership, then use javascript to grab that data and format it to
match your webpage.

That option is dependent on how much control you have over adding code to
your website.
