And this is every year for 3 years, and I am told the annual cost is not
erateable ...
And just what is considered an FTE employee ? We require all employees to
access our sharepoint site -- does this make each of them a knowledge
worker/FTE ? What about a paraprofessional who only uses the computer twice
a day to check email and login and out of etime ?
What do you do when someone donates a "wiped" PC ? Are the licenses only for
upgrades to a base OS ? Are VM's covered (an XP machine on a Hyper-V host)
..
I am willing to find out more, esp the Office365 hosted exchange..
