We have Securly Filter Aware turned on.   That catches a lot of digital
reference to self harm, bullying, inappropriate photos, or threats that are
typed into the system.    I get the notification and then pass on any that
are not obvious false alerts (Health class assignments like to trigger the
notification).     One thing we realized is that we had to put strict rules
on only checking notifications during school hours, because if we did find
something actionable outside of school hours that would complicate what
could be done.
