What we learned. Our librarians all have school coordinator rights as
they will be doing all the makeups. Originally the plan was for them to
help move students between proctor groups, but we found out it was easier
than that. Basically any TC can open any proctor group and reseat and
approve students. So my librarians are going into the proctor groups and
just opening each one that they need in a new tab.

People doing makeups with TC rights.

   1. Log into vt.adamexam.com
   2. Click administrations
   3. find the grade and test corresponding to your students (you may have
more than one, that is fine.)
   4. Next to Proctors click "View" => This will show you all the proctors
   groups that are testing.
   5. Right-click the "proctor" for the student you are helping with
   makeups,
   6. Click open in new tab
   7. Repeat this so you have all the tabs open corresponding to the
students you are helping with makups.
   8. From here you as Test Coordinators can approve and reseat students.
