During the U.S. Secretary of Education's Conference on Educational
Technology earlier this week, the Urban Institute released the results of
its study of the E-Rate program. The report is titled: "E-Rate and the
Digital Divide: A Preliminary Analysis From the Integrated Studies of
Educational Technology."
