Thanx for checking, Geo; it hadn't occurred to me that Ted's
site might be gorn. I'll try to get in touch with him and see what
he now has available, webwise.
Perhaps this is a good moment to mention that I've known him
for a couple decades and view him as one of the top theorists, but
especially exponents, of sustainability (as opposed to greenwash).
His own home farmlet is a model, complete with biogas generator,
windmill etc.
