Hey Volunteers!

Here are the meeting minutes from this evening's meeting.

1.) Brief check-in with groups
2.) Upcoming events: Healthy Kids Day (4/14), Earth Day Fair (4/19),  
Mudfest at ECHO (all next week--see emails for more details)
3.)Supplies are in!  Terracota pots, new blender, nice new scissors,  
googly eyes, paint, etc.  There is limited soil and grass seed  
available...Heather and I have yet to pick up more supplies.  We will  
do this soon though.  Please remember to return any materials you use  
to the office promptly, as others will need to use them.
4.) Remember to call your school coordinators before arriving at your  
school...this way you can introduce your lesson plan for the week and  
the after school coord. can inform the kids about your plan!

         -Grasshopper Orchestra
         -Flower Scavenger Hunt
