Hey everybody!

It was nice to see some new faces tonight and get excited about SEEDS this
semester!  For those of you who missed the meeting, don't worry!  We basically
just talked about the program, filled out applications, and toured the office
(nothing too spectacular).  Next week IS important though!  And this time we
will have PIZZA for y'all!!! We will be formulating teams and designing
curriculum for the first week of October!  We'll have a few fun games and
activities to help you get a jump start on your lesson plans.

If you haven't already, PLEASE fill out a SEEDS application (you will find these
outside the VIA office on a table...there is a blue sign pointing to the pile).
 Please fill this out and return it by FRIDAY SEPT. 24th...THIS FRIDAY!  Not to
be scary with the capital letters and all, but we really need you to get these
into us by then.  This is the only way that we can guarantee you a spot at a
school in a group of 1-2 other volunteers.
