Are you sure that CNN said that? I've seen a chain letter hoax that's been
sent around via email before that has claimed exactly the same thing.
Later, I wrote to our reps in Washington and they responded saying that
there was no such bill or legislation currently on the table there, and
that if it ever came up they would oppose it.
Did you hear this on CNN yourself or did you hear about this from a third
party? I just want to make sure it's legit this time, and possibly try to
avoid an embarrasing blunder ;)
