I wanted to let all of you know about this discussion that is going happening on Wednesday. The UVM College Republicans are hosting a "town meeting" style discussion on the current situation in Kosovo. Here are the details:

Wed, the 31st, from 7 to 9PM in 301 Williams, Prof. F Gregory Gause a Middle East expert, Prof. Peter Stavrakis a former Soviet Union and Russia expert, and possible Prof. Denise Youngblood a East European historian. Aleksandra Colic is a Serbian from Belgrade who will be attending, and Kenan Osmanovic is a Bosnian Muslim who will also be there. The format, as worked out with the Profs., is that we will allow each of them an opportunity to speak for 3-5 minutes, and we will also allow Aleksandra and Kenan the same opportunity. Then we will open up the floor for discussion

If you have any questions please feel free to email me at [log in to unmask]
I hope to see you on Wednesday.
