You bring up many good key issues. My thoughts on the matter are
this:
As they are not currently recognized by the state or national
offices of the PIRG, I would vote to give them recognition with the
condition that they are denied any funding by the SGA, perhaps with the
exception of a petition in which more than 50% of SGA membership signs,
allowing them to receive supplemental for single events.
