For your information, Helene Lang of the Education Department has arranged
for Kim Cheney, chair, Vermont Advisory Committee on Civil Rights, to
speak at UVM as indicated:

TIME:   4:00 pm
DATE:   Wednesday, March 24th
PLACE:  Memorial Lounge, Waterman Building

Cheney is one of the authors of the report, "Racial Harassment in
Vermont's Public Schools," that was released last month from the United
States Commission on Civil Rights.
