Hello Senators,
Tonight I begin my contribution to the list serve.  I intend for my resolution to be my last contribution to the inwardly directed battle of late.
        I am introducing a resolution which will censure the president, vice president, and treasurer.

I. The Student Government Association Senate hereby censures the Student Government Association President  for,
1. Failure to complete constitutionally mandated duties.
2. Failure to attend scheduled meetings.
3. Failure to achieve minimal expectations in representing student interest to the administration.
4. Suspicion of misappropriation of funds.
5. Inappropriate use of Student Government Association resources, Including as the Student Government Association van, Mobile Card, Meal Card, funds.
6. Failure to be forthright and truthful about official actions or actions which utilized the resources of the student government association.
7. For requesting a cost of living stipend without consulting the Student Government Association Senate.
8. For receiving an increase in a living stipend of over 30% without consulting or informing the Student Government Association Senate.


II. The Student Government Association Senate hereby censures the Student Government Association Vice-President.
1. For receiving an increase in a living stipend of over 50% without consulting or informing the Student Government Association Senate.

III.            The Student Government Association Senate hereby censures the Student Government Association Treasurer.
1. For approving an increase in the living stipend for the President, Vice-President, and treasurer without consulting or informing the Student Government Association Senate.
2. For receiving an increase in a living stipend of over 50% without consulting or informing the Student Government Association Senate.
3. For allowing the financial assistant to make an inappropriate loan to the Student Government Association President.
4. For failing to present information regarding violations of financial policies and suspicion of misappropriation of funds by the Student Government Association President to the Student Government Association Senate within a reasonable amount of time.

IV. The Student Government Association Senate hereby directs the Student Government Association Treasurer to:
1. Suspend the entire Presidential living stipend.
2. Reduce the Student Government Association Vice Presidential living stipend to it's previous amount of$125.
3. Reduce the Student Government Association Treasurer living stipend to it's previous amount of $125.
