I'm up to either instructing at 10 or 11 AIARE courses this year. There's much work to be done out there in the world.
Today we got 5" new at the base of the Cog with just a little more above. I led the class as usual, giving a primer on skinning, kick turns and other assorted Pro Tips . Skiing was the good Hi-Density/High SWE (17%) over death crust.
The schooling continues whether it be in the Presidentials, Waterville or Rocky Mtn National Park.

All is well as we didn't see the forecasted rain. Windy and rough at Hermit Lake with high SWE snow. That good Hi Density New Hampshire powder skied super nicely on da Sherb'.
