the afternoon. 
.THURSDAY NIGHT...North winds around 5 knots...becoming northeast
after midnight. Waves 1 foot or less. A chance of snow after
midnight. Visibility 1 mile or less after midnight. 
.FRIDAY...Southeast winds around 5 knots...increasing to 5 to
15 knots in the afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less. A chance of snow in
the morning...then rain or snow likely in the afternoon. Visibility
1 mile or less. 

Wave heights are for ice free areas.
