I'm using a very scientific system to figure out the best dates for the party so I figure I would fill you all on the system if you want to change your votes for any reason.

I'm using a score of 0 to 3 for each date.   If a person can't make it at all on a date, then that date gets a 0.  the person's preferred date will score a 3, the second preferred date is a 2 and the least preferred date gets a 1 (but they still make it to the party on that date).  if a person reports they can make it on either of two dates, then both dates get a 3.
