Been so long since that deal was done I don't remember the details. If 
memory serves, it isn't common ownership but they're sort of kissin' 
cousins; how, exactly, I'm not certain.

I'm going to be really curious to see if regulators let them keep CB. 
They already own a massive chunk of the Colorado market.
