A list member showed me this site last winter and I've been meaning to
forward the link ever since.  It demonstrates taking advantage of
one's equipment, strength and athleticism (and it's not some geeky
PSIA thing, btw).

"We have designed this non-commercial site for skiers everywhere who
want to understand how to ski better.

Our main goal is provide some ideas on skier alignment and the
relationship between alignment, posture, body movement and ski
technique."
