Hmmmmmm .......... I'm hearing rumblings of a possible "event" later next week. Posture yourself accordingly is my recommendation.
Wachusett Dusk Patrol might even rise from the ashes of this recent thaw if this possible "event" happens. Note that WaWa Dusk Patrol needs coverage on the hiking trails for it to work. Skinning on-piste when lifts are spinning violates the rules and there is night skiing. Hence post-wfh skinning 'n grinning necessitates putting on the headlamp and ascending via Old Indian->Semuhenna->Summit Road which is phun! Note: I do have an uphill pass, so I am locked in legit. Last Dusk Patrol was Monday night on brutal hardpack.

I’m covid-cleared and ready to car-trip. Anyone know any reason—social, meteorological, astrological or illogical—why I shouldn’t pencil in the week of 3/29 for a visit to Waterbury Valley? Talking midweek. Includes Good Friday. Danger signal? Could move it up a week if it seems critical.
Thanks in advance,
