.The Higher Summits Forecast for Vermont and Northern New York...

.TODAY...Considerable high clouds. Highs in the upper 30s to 
lower 40s. Southwest winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph, 
increasing to 30 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph this afternoon.
Wind chill values as low as 5 below this morning. 
.TONIGHT...Considerable high clouds. Temperatures nearly steady 
in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Southwest winds 35 to 50 mph with 
gusts up to 65 mph. 
.FRIDAY...Mostly cloudy. Highs in the lower to mid 40s. West 
winds 25 to 40 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.
