NORTHWEST WINDS 20 TO 35 MPH. WIND CHILL VALUES IN THE SINGLE DIGITS
ABOVE ZERO. 
.TONIGHT...CLOUDY UNTIL MIDNIGHT...THEN BECOMING PARTLY CLOUDY. A
