That is my thinking...the low pressure system at least on Thursday night
and Friday will track far enough west that we miss out on the bulk of the
precipitation. Rainfall amounts look to be at or below a third of an inch
(what would be a 2-5" snowfall for comparison)...so light to isolated
moderate precip amounts.
Friday night will be below freezing (low to mid 20" by Sat morning) with
40's during the day. Saturday night also slightly below freezing...Sunday
well above freezing. Only night that is questionable is Sunday night
which might not go below freezing. Losses to snowpack will occur later on
Sunday and Monday as dewpoints and wetbulbs temps go above freezing.
