Yeah, I was bummed to miss the chance to go to Stowe today, but Amy was at
a writer's retreat working on her writing(duh), so I was on daddy duty.

And I got a treat that was much better than going to Stowe. I watched my
5(as of last week)y.o. lose the wedge, start skiing parallel and carving.
It was really cool to see it happen. All it took was me saying "See if
you can turn with your skis together like me, instead of skiing pizza."
 She had it instantly. Cool.
