I've had ez-pass for over 7 years.  From the NY Thruway.
If you register with a credit card, there's not fee for the transponder.
Forget about toll lines.  Delaware has full speed ez-pass lanes on it's 
tolls, 65 MPH.  NJ has some high speed toll lanes, 45 MPH.  Pa is going 
to start putting some high speed lanes in.  Ez-pass is worth it for the 
time it saves.
