I didn't think violation of an inbounds policy constituted a crime, and
I'm certain there are more pressing public safety issues for the police
to invest their time in.

Now, should resort policy forbid uphill travel, and the elohssa offender
didn't have a pass or lift ticket (that could be yanked), such behavior
would be trespassing.

The better answer may be for the rest of the mountain's skinning
community to find out where he sleeps and throw a sock party.
