I had a friend who took his girlfriend over to Europe (somewhere north) and
they stayed in a hotel of ice in which he proposed.  I think she said YES in
hopes it would bring her some warmth!
I saw a 20/20 or something a few years back on the same place.  That's where
he got the idea.
