cloudy. Lows around 14. Northwest winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up
to 40 mph. Wind chill values as low as 5 below. 
.SATURDAY...Partly sunny in the morning, then clearing. Highs in the
lower 30s. Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
