Well, we've already had three or four "pre" mud seasons so far this
year. This "real" one is worse of course. We're on a dirt road but
thankfully only a quarter mile or so (and around a bad curve) from
pavement one way into town. The OTHER way was horrific this
weekend. Just take the hands off wheel and go for a ride kind of mud.
Temps dropping - some random flakage falling from the greyness. a
bit of wind. Hope Doppler Scott's predictions pan out like they did
the last time. We need this one bad, even if the ruts now freeze in
place - ugh. Snow is easier to drive in than ice or mud, both of
which we've seen enough of.
