    MOUNTAIN WEATHER FORECAST

   National Weather Service Burlington VT
   245 AM EST Mon Dec 6 2004

   Midday forecast for the mountains of Vermont and Northern New York.

   Today: At 2000 feet, temperatures 15 to 20. Winds 5 to 10 mph. at the
   summits, temperatures 15 to 20. Winds around 10 mph.

   Tuesday: At 2000 feet, temperatures ranging from the mid to upper 20S
   across the Green mountains, to the lower 30S across the Adirondacks.
   Winds 5 to 15 mph. at the summits, temperatures ranging from the mid
   to upper 20S across the Green mountains, to the lower and mid 30S
   across the Adirondacks. Winds 25 to 35 mph.

   Expect increasing clouds today, with snow likely by late in the day.
   On Tuesday, expect widespread mixed precipitation, which should change
   to rain across most areas during the afternoon hours.
