Really? I didn't know it was a law, but I guess that does make sense in
a way. A puzzling thing to me is that last year, I found that _most_ chairs
in Colorado (at the 4 places I was at) didn't have safety bars. The only
thing that really bothered me about it was that sometimes it is nice to have
foot-rests when your legs are shot at the end of the day.
