.The Lake Champlain Forecast...

.TODAY...South winds 5 to 15 knots. Waves 1 foot or less. A slight
chance of showers this morning, then a chance of showers this  
afternoon. Visibility generally unrestricted this morning, then
occasionally reduced to around 5 miles this afternoon, especially
across southern portions of the lake.
.TONIGHT...South winds 5 to 15 knots, becoming northwest 5 to
10 knots after midnight. Waves 1 to 2 feet, subsiding to 1 foot or
less after midnight. A chance of showers until midnight, then
showers likely after midnight. Visibility occasionally reduced to 3
to 5 miles. Locally heavy rainfall possible after midnight,
mainly across southern portions of the lake. 
.SATURDAY...Light and variable winds. Waves 1 foot or less,
subsiding to nearly calm in the afternoon. A chance of showers in
the morning with visibility becoming generally unrestricted. 
.SATURDAY NIGHT...Light and variable winds. Waves nearly calm. 
.SUNDAY...Light and variable winds. Waves nearly calm. 
.SUNDAY NIGHT...Light and variable winds, becoming south around
5 knots after midnight. Waves 1 foot or less.
.MONDAY...South winds around 5 knots. Waves 1 foot or less. 
.MONDAY NIGHT...Light and variable winds, becoming south around
5 knots after midnight. Waves 1 foot or less.
.TUESDAY...South winds 5 to 15 knots, becoming southwest 10 to
15 knots in the afternoon. Waves around 1 foot, building to 1 to
2 feet in the afternoon. A chance of showers in the morning, then a
chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon. Visibility
generally unrestricted. 

Winds and waves may be locally higher in the vicinity of thunderstorms.

showers likely this afternoon. Locally heavy rainfall possible
this afternoon, especially across southern peaks. Highs in the 
mid 60s to lower 70s. South winds 5 to 20 mph.
.TONIGHT...Summits obscured in clouds. Showers likely. Locally heavy
rainfall possible. Lows in the mid 50s to lower 60s. Southeast 
winds 10 to 25 mph, becoming northwest after midnight. 
.SATURDAY...Cloudy in the morning, then becoming partly sunny. A
chance of showers in the morning, then a slight chance of showers
and thunderstorms in the afternoon. Highs in the mid 60s to lower
70s. Northwest winds around 15 mph, becoming northeast 5 to 10 
mph in the afternoon.

.TODAY...Cloudy this morning, then summits becoming obscured in 
clouds this afternoon. A chance of showers this morning, then
showers likely with a slight chance of thunderstorms this
afternoon. Highs in the upper 60s to lower 70s. South winds 5 to 
20 mph.
.TONIGHT...Summits obscured in clouds. Showers. A slight chance 
of thunderstorms until midnight. Locally heavy rainfall possible. 
Lows in the upper 50s to lower 60s. South winds 15 to 30 mph, 
becoming southwest 25 to 40 mph after midnight. 
.SATURDAY...Summits obscured in clouds in the morning, then becoming
cloudy. Showers in the morning, then a chance of showers in the
afternoon. Locally heavy rainfall possible in the morning. Highs in
the upper 60s to lower 70s. West winds 10 to 25 mph, becoming 
northeast in the afternoon.
