I've eaten at the Single Pebble that is (or was) on the 
Barre-Montpelier line. IIRC, they moved so I assume the SP in 
Burlington is the same one. It was *excellent*. Basically, the best 
Chinese I've had outside of major cities (I'm using NYC, San 
Francisco, Vancouver, and Toronto as reference standards here).
