Sigh indeed. But not surprising. Summer attractions produce a different 
crowd than ski resorts do - and I work with a number of ski resorts that 
have summer operations. It's a totally different clientele, which can 
really keep staffers on their toes.

I have little doubt that Disney has seen much worse than this - but also 
has better systems in place to deal with it promptly and quietly.
