The plans ASC submitted that got Act 250 and town approval had the village
taking over both the Snowshed and Rams Head lots. They were going to
relocate that slice of the Access Road so it ran down the middle of what is
now the Rams Head lot to make more contiguous acres for the village. I'm
glad the Access Road isn't being moved.

I don't know the status of the main Killington lot since there were never
any plans to develop there. From topo maps, it looks like the upper 3 or 4
bays are above 2500 feet so it's automatically subject to Act 250. I have
no idea if that hunk of land was even part of the Parker's Gore land swap.

Conjecture: It may very well still be state forest land and 2500 feet was
the magic number for the land swap. All the parcels that just changed
ownership are below 2500 feet.
