    MOUNTAIN WEATHER FORECAST

   National Weather Service Burlington VT
   339 PM EST Sun Dec 5 2004

   Midday forecast for the mountains of Vermont and Northern New York.

   Monday: At 2000 feet, temperatures around 20. Winds 5 to 10 mph. at
   the summits, temperatures 15 to 20. Winds 10 to 20 mph.

   Tuesday: At 2000 feet, temperatures around 30. Winds 20 to 30 mph. at
   the summits, temperatures in the mid to upper 20S. Winds 40 to 50 mph.

   On Monday, skies will be mostly cloudy with a chance of light snow.
   snow, sleet..And freezing rain will be likely Tuesday morning,
   changing to occasional rain or freezing rain in the afternoon.
