.TONIGHT...Mostly cloudy until midnight, then becoming partly
cloudy. Lows around 5 above. Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts
up to 30 mph, diminishing to up to 10 mph after midnight. Wind chill
values as low as 8 below. 
.TUESDAY...Partly sunny in the morning, then becoming cloudy. A
chance of snow in the afternoon. Highs in the lower 20s. Light
winds, becoming southeast 10 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Wind chill
values as low as 4 below.
