And I've heard GREAT things about Single Pebble.   Next time I'm 
kidnapped, bound, gagged with duct tape and brought to Burlington, I 
fully expect to bribe my way out so I can eat there.  Word is that 
it's great - and I'm a SEVERE Chinese food freak.  I have found ONE 
restaurant in Maine that approaches okay, and lust for great...
